Texting Addiction, Oh My!

Gregg- I was on a first date with a younger girl the other night and all she did was text all evening long. I didn’t want to say anything but I felt it was Totally rude. What should I do next time, if there is a next time with this girl?

Let’s talk about the chronic over-texter girl you’ve been dating. Texting by women can drive you nuts!

Young women will do it all night long. Get used to it. Girls in their twenties are going to text and text and text. I dated a girl that had a picture of the two of us on Facebook before the evening was complete. I heard of my own date from friends before I even told them. Kinda sucks.

Here are some rules:

• Don’t take it personally
• Don’t interrupt, at least in a serious manner
• Don’t ask who she is texting
• Don’t tell her to stop

Texting all night long is the norm now with younger women. Again it’s not about you. I used to think the chick was bored so I would step up my game. This is a good idea anyway but I’ve since realized women will text even if they are not bored.

Obviously, if she is losing her interest on the date , she might reach out to another. If you’ve read my shit and you did your homework, you know how to land a young hottie and you know how to keep her mind focused on you.

More and more I date women that have their smart phone going 24/7. Don’t interrupt, don’t ask who she’s texting and don’t tell her to stop. Think of it as a positive, this is less time she is dependent on your ass. But remember, make sure she is interested in you more than who she is texting.

How do I Deal with Her Over Texting?

Thought you would never ask! Feel Confident?, Screw with Her.

Text her fast and furious and watch her smile.
This is part of the whole tease and make fun of her strategy that works so well with women.

Start tickling the inside of her leg
Or something similar to distract her. Tell her every time she texts, your going to drive closer to her hoop! Daring yes but if you’re an alpha male and fun you should be able to get away with this. The other night I put two straws up my nose and made a face...she stopped texting.

The key here is to establish that you are the main attraction in her life when in her presence. Also, feel free to text your own friends (or fake it) and act like you don’t give a crap.

Do Something Without Her
This works nicely. Go to the bar and grab a shot with some girls. If not, the bartender. She will be over in no time. Girls love (and hate) a guy that they feel is bored with them. This is an emotional seduction trigger tactic that will play into your hands.
